Why We Serve

Serving Jesus Himself

When we serve the vulnerable, Jesus says in Matthew 25 that we are serving him. So come join us in this opportunity to live out the gospel and serve Jesus himself in the fostering community!

Ephesians 1:5 says that in love God “predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ.” As people who have experienced the love of an adopting Father, let’s extend that love to others.

A Foster Family’s Story

Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.

James 1:27
