For Campers To Accept Jesus for the First Time
But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved.
Ephesians 2:4–5
As we study Ephesians together, the Word constantly communicates, time and time again, the grace and love of God. Pray that students would not just hear that message — but that it would land deep, cutting through shame, confusion, and the lies that so many carry. Pray for genuine repentance. Pray that students who have been running from God would stop running. Pray that campers who have felt too far gone would discover that the God who is rich in mercy is also the God who runs toward them.
For Life Change and Next Steps
Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.
Ephesians 3:20–21
At Camp, God moves. Just a few days can make an eternal impact. Pray for the hearts of each student to be ready to surrender completely to Jesus and respond to His Spirit. Pray that God would do immeasurably more in the lives of students than we can even imagine! When we encounter the truth in Scripture, we are prompted to act. We believe that information, alongside application, leads to transformation by the power of the Spirit at work within us. Pray that campers would boldly step forward into the next steps that God prompts each of them to make. Pray that they would live on mission at home, in their schools, and with their friends as they return from Camp.
For Our Leaders
I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord's holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ.
Ephesians 3:16–18 (NIV)
Hundreds of adult leaders, support staff, nurses, worship leaders, and beyond will serve throughout all three camps. They will stay up late, listen deeply, pray boldly, and point campers to Jesus again and again. Pray for them by name if you know them. Pray that God would strengthen them with power through His Spirit. Pray for wisdom in the hard conversations, patience in the long moments, and courage to say the true and holy thing when a student needs to hear it. Pray that students would see the love of Jesus lived out in the lives of their leaders and choose to follow that same example.
